Dr.Monika Sharma

I am Dr. Monika Sharma, an Ayurveda academic, educator, and researcher with a keen interest in Dravyaguna Vigyan, medicinal plants, Ayurvedic pharmacology, and evidence-based Ayurveda. Through teaching, research, and academic content creation, I strive to make classical Ayurvedic concepts simple, practical, clinically relevant, and accessible to students and the wider community. My areas of interest include medicinal plants, pharmacological understanding of Ayurvedic drugs, preventive healthcare, and integrating traditional Ayurvedic wisdom with contemporary scientific perspectives. Through my work, I aspire to contribute to the responsible, evidence-informed, and meaningful propagation of Ayurveda.
